This video is an excellent example of how working together can achieve an otherwise impossible task! We believe that the principle illustrated by this video is what Jesus Christ intended for the Church with the Great Commission.
There are two levels of participation
In Level 1 there are three ways in which you may participate in Operation One Thing's flight to the ends of the earth:
The first is to become a member of Operation One Thing through a membership fee of R100 per month -- together with your prayer support.
A member of Operation One Thing is called a One Thinger. A One Thinger is someone who has embraced the vision and challenge to help reach the whole world with the Gospel through membership. Each One Thinger's membership fee enables us to reach approximately 4,600 people with the Gospel per year somewhere in the world through digital media. We desperately need more One Thingers to achieve our goal. The "flight" to the ends of the earth cannot reach its final destination until all the "passengers" are on board.
Mobilization is an ongoing function, and we absolutely depend on One Thingers to help share the One Thing vision with others. This involves, among other, sharing Operation One Thing's information, videos, web pages and newsletters with others on your social media. For example, you can do so right now by sharing this video with your friends on your social media.
The third way in which you can participate in Operation One Thing's flight to the ends of the earth is by reaching out yourself on your own social media platforms, using Operation One Thing's resources. On this webpage you will find the links to our resources. All you need to do is to post the link to a particular webpage or video on your social media. If you really want to make an impact you can boost or promote a resource or resources to a particular country or various destinations on your social media platforms. Operation One Thing will keep One Thingers informed about new publications that may be used for digital outreach in our monthly newsletter.
Level 2 involves specialized functions, and if you have a calling from the Lord to become involved on this level, a training phase will be involved:
Authoring and production of outreach resources
Production of outreach videos
Production of outreach webpages
Digital media communication and marketing
We will provide information about future training programs to all One Thingers.
